Commissions support artistic and community initiatives at Notes Coffee Co.

• 20% commission for artist-facilitated sales

• 30% commission for sales processed through our POS

Accepted Artwork

We accept original:

• Drawings

• Paintings

• Photography

• Sketches

• Mixed media (2D & 3D)

Requirements:

• Max size: 36” L x 24” W

• Max weight: 10 lbs

• Must be ready to hang (wired or bracketed)

Labeling

All artwork must include (on back or bottom):

• Artist Name

• Title

• Medium

• Year

• Price

• Dimensions

• Payment Platform (if applicable)

Sales & Pickup

• Sold work remains on display until exhibit end

• Artists must pick up all work at the end of the exhibit period

• Standard exhibit duration: 30–60 days

Promotion

By submitting artwork, you grant Notes Coffee Co. permission to photograph and promote your work across:

• Social media

• Website

• Press & marketing materials
